口腔颌面头颈鳞癌相关基因TGM3,OPN,MAL和LAGY的功能研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 在世界范围内。人口腔颌面头颈癌的发病率占全身癌的第六位。其中至少80%是鳞状细胞癌,在一些发展中国家.口腔颌面头颈鳞癌构成比占所有恶性肿瘤的50%。口腔颌面头颈鳞癌的治疗经过以手术、放疗、化疗为主要手段的综合序列治疗,患者的长期生存率虽然得到了一定的提高。5年生存率达到了65%.但是该类患者的长期生存率和生存质量仍不理想.特别是晚期鳞癌患者的预后较差。
