摘要
主要介绍超临界抗溶剂方法制备缓释药物微粒过程中的设备及实验方法,同时讨论了其中工艺因素对微粒性能的影响。
Slow-release drug microparticles were obtained by supercritical anti-solvent process. In this article, the equipment was introduced. At the same times, the influence of process to the features of microparticles was also discussed.
