摘要 本文研究了在非离子型胶束TritonX-100体系中,以1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2一萘酚(PAN)为显色剂,用二阶导数分光光度法消除镉的干扰,与乙醇介质比较,测定灵敏度提高,测定镉样中微量钢,结果较为满意。 A derhathe spectrophotometric method, based on the use of second derivative absorption spectra,has been developed for the determination of microgra-m amount of copper with 1-(2-PyTidylazo)-2-naphthol in Triton 'X-100 micelle medium- The peak to base line measurement technique has been used with good results, Using the proposed method copper (2- 20μg/25mL ) has been determined with good precision and accuracy.
