摘要
本文利用薄层层析-干柱层析技术对石油卟啉化合物的分离制备进行了研究,最佳分离条件为,以10~40μm薄层层析硅胶G为固定相,以石油醚∶甲苯∶二氯甲烷=3∶1∶1为展开剂,展开方式为上行和下行,卟啉的Rf值为0.52~0.63,可制备mg级卟啉样品供给后续的高效液相色谱和质谱进行分子水平的分析。
The separation and preparation of petroleum porphyins using TLC LC technique were studied.The optimum operating conditions were:10~40μm silica gel(G) as the stationary phase and petroleum ether/toluene/dichloromethane(3∶1∶1) as the eluent.The results showed that the R f values of porphyrins were 0.52 to 0.63.Samples of porphyrins of the order of magnitude of mg could be prepared with this method for the purpose of further analysis on a molecular level by HPLC and MS.
