PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION IN GLASS FIBER INDUSTRY

介绍了我国玻璃纤维制造业高速增长从而面临项目建设任务繁重的现状,以及玻璃钢工程施工经常出现的沟通问题,并运用"项目管理"理论对其进行了分析。沟通管理的有效性、信息的明确性、信息接收的效率是克服沟通障碍,改善和提高沟通效率,保证项目成功的关键。

Project management theory was used to analyze the fact that the construction tasks are arduous for so many projects due to the rapid growth of glass fiber industry in China, and communication problems often occur in GRP projects. The results reveal that the effectiveness of project management communication, the definiteness of information and the efficiency of information reception are key factors to overcome the barrier in communication, improve the communication efficiency and ensure the success of projects.
