介绍了玻璃纤维表面处理生产中,煤、燃油、天然气等能源与直接加热、电阻元件加热、电磁波类直接加热、远红外辐射加热等加热方式的选择,处理机组设计,工艺选择等,并对降低玻璃纤维行业的能耗,提高热效率进行分析,得出结论,玻璃纤维表面处理生产节能潜力巨大。
A detailed description is given on the energy sources used for glass fiber surface treatment such as coal, fuel oil and natural gas, the selection of heating methods among direct heating, heating by resistance elements, direct heating by electromagnetic wave and far-infrared heating, and the finishing machine designs and process technology options. Then the approaches for reducing energe consumption in glass fiber industry and enhancing heat efficiency are analyzed, based on which it is concluded that the energy-saving potential in glass fiber surface treatment process is enormous.
