同步电动机励磁电路的技术改造

摘要 为保证同步电动机的励磁装置可靠工作,对该装置进行了相关的技术改造。介绍了KGLF系列励磁装置的基本工作原理与存在的主要问题,结合工作实际,论述了对该励磁装置主电路和控制电路进行技术改造的有关情况。通过技术改造,使得该励磁装置投励准确可靠、电机启动平稳、抗干扰能力强且操作维护方便。 In order to assure reliable working of synchronous motor's excitation device, relevant technical reformation had been carried out for the device. Introduction was made to basic working principle and main problems existing of KGLF series excitation device. Combied with working practice, some things concerning carrying out technical reformations for the field main circuit and control circuit were described. Via technical reformation, the excitation device was enabled in correct and reliable magnetizing, smooth in motor start, strong in anti-interference and convenient in operation and maintenance.
