我国西南地区农业节水灌溉技术探讨

The Discussion of Water Saving Irrigation Techniques Applying in Southwest of Our Country

水资源紧缺已成为制约我国农业高产、稳产及农民增收的重要因素。我国西南地区季节性缺水现象突出、水资源开发利用程度低、难度大、水资源开发利用的基础设施建设发展滞后。应从水资源的开发利用、输水过程及田间灌溉过程三个方面实施节水灌溉工程技术。

The deficiency of water resources in our country has become an important factor which restricts the agricultural high and stable yield, and farmer＇s income as well. The seasonal lack of water phenomenon is prominent in southwest of our country, where the exploitation and use of water resources is very low and difficult, and infrastructure of water conservancy is lag behind. So we should put emphasis on three aspects to implement water saving irrigation technology, i.e. exploitation and use of water resources, water distribution, and field irrigation.
