摘要
从表面组装技术(SMT)元器件的发展方向和其技术热点开始,说明了设备通信与控制的公共模型(GEM)在计算机集成制造(CIM)系统中的重要性。以DEK公司的焊膏印刷机为例,简述了具有GEM兼容接口设备的优势。详细叙述了GEM的通信状态模块、控制状态模块、设备处理状态模块等三个基本的模块,基于TCP/IP进行数据采集的程序设计流程,以焊膏印刷机为例分析了采集的过程和采集到的数据格式。最后对SMT行业的发展趋势做了展望。
From the starting of the developing direction and the technical hotspot of SMT,this paper explains the importance of GEM in the CIM system. The advantages of the equipments with GEM interface are simply introduced for the printing machine of DEK as an example. Communication State Model, Control State Model and Equipment Processing State of GEM, the designing flow chart of the gathering program which based on the TCP/IP communication agreement, the gathering process and the format of gathered data which based on the printing machine for example are analyzed in detail. Lastly, the development of SMT is prospected.
