摘要
中国企业与世界各国企业间的交往越来越多,企业间的涉外商务谈判也随之增多。口译人员在涉外商务谈判中扮演着重要角色。目前许多口译策略方面的研究大多是探讨所采取策略或方法的优劣,很少对口译者在具体的口译过程中,为何要采取直译或意译做出系统的理论解释。在企业涉外商务谈判口译中,不忠实于原文的口译经常出现。功能主义翻译理论学派的目的论对此做出了理论上的解释。
The communications and business negotiations between enterprises from different countries are becoming more and more, in which interpreters play an important role. At present many researches concerning interpretation strategies are about the advantages or disadvantages. Few theoretical and systematical statements are given to the choice of "literal" and "free" strategies in the interpretation for foreign business negotiations. In the interpretation for foreign business negotiation, interpreters sometimes will interpret unfaithfully on purpose, which can be explained by the "skopos theory" of the functionalist theory of translation.
