The determination of the optimal capital structure is very significant to the reclaimed water project financing and the industry development. Empirical analysis of the optimal capital structure in the reclaimed water industry was done according to the optimal capital structure research model which based on the maximization of company＇ s stock value and the data from listed companies. The purpose is to provide reference for project financing arrangement in the reclaimed water industry.
