关于某大型环状热网设中继泵的分析研究

摘要 以某大型环状热网为分析对象,采用环形管网水力计算方法,对改、扩建的环网工程作设计工况下的校核计算,调整部分不合理管段,绘制了水压图,指出设置中继泵的必要性;在此基础上,重点分析环状热网中继泵的设置原则,包括位置的选取范围和与循环泵的合理匹配等技术条件。通过分析,不仅为该环网工程中继泵的选型提供技术依据,而且对其他类似工程也具有普遍的借鉴意义。 Taking a large-scale ring- ring-shape network project for revising shape heating network as analysis object, the rebuilt and enlarged in design condition were calculated by adopting the hydraulic calcu-lation method of ring-shape network. Partial improper pipes diameter were adjusted, its water pressure diagram were drawn, the necessity of setting relay pump was pointed out; the principle for setting pump in ring-shape heating network, including the scale of location and how to match circulation pump properly, were analyzed. The results not only offer some technological parameters for setting relay pump in this ring - shape network project but also make some reference for other familiar projects.
