PLC在大型布袋除尘控制系统中的设计与实现

The design of PLC in large dust-removing control system using fabric bags

针对大型布袋除尘系统电气设备繁多且分散的控制特点,采用PLC与现场总线相结合方式,分散采集信号,集中控制管理。在人机对话通信中,使用Wincc监控软件的上位机与PLC实时通信,完成对整个除尘系统的模拟量采集及设备控制,并结合实际,探讨了PLC的故障智能诊断,及快速排除故障的方法。

Aiming at the problems exist in large dust-removing by using fabric bags, the scene sign was collected and managed by combining PLC with profibus. Real-time communication between Wincc monitoring system and PLC was realized during communicating of the man-machine conversation, so that the collection of the simulation data and the realization of equipment control were done. The intelligent failure diagnostician of PLC was researched in order to remove faults rapidly.
