摘要
目的对车辆段电焊车间Ⅰ、Ⅱ组通风除尘装置的效果进行评价。方法测定作业点的电焊烟尘浓度、车间MnO2浓度、台面控制风速、罩口风速、车间内通风装置的噪声及通风系统排出口的风量。结果该装置排毒降尘效果明显,但电焊烟尘浓度大部分测点仍未达标。结论Ⅰ组通风系统仍需进一步改进设计,提高除尘达标率。Ⅱ组通风系统设计不甚合理,管道、罩口密闭不严,风量损失过大,风机除尘效率太低。
Objective Effect of dust removing plant Ⅰ and Ⅱ were estimated electric welding workshop of Lanxi car. Methods There were determined with dust concentration, MnO2 concentration, control wind speed of table-board, wind speed on mouth of cover, noise of ventilative equipment and wind quantity of ventilation mouth. Results Effect of dust removing was better than start up ago at ventilation system Ⅰ and Ⅱ . There were significant (P 〈 0.05) for the concentration, but still come short of the state standard at a majority of determination spot. Conclusion Ventilation system I design and using rate was better than Ⅱ , but still need to check to seek the reason of lose the wind quantity. It was irrationality that lose wind quantity over and using rate was lower of the Ⅱ design.
