摘要
目的：建立祛斑胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，测定该制剂中黄芩的成分黄芩苷含量。结果：黄芩苷在进样量0．2448～1.2240μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9990），平均加样回收率为100．8％，RSD为1．5％（n=5）。结论：本方法可作为测定祛斑胶囊中黄芩苷含量方法的参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for quantitative determination of Baicalin in Quban Capsules. METHODS The content of baicalin in Quban Capsules was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The chromatographic spots were distinct. Baicalin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 244 8 - 1. 224 0 μg, r =0. 999 0, and the average recovery was 100.8% （ n = 5 ）with RSD of 1.5%. CONCLUSION The method can be applied to reference for the quality control of Quban Capsules.
