申嗪霉素与增效剂复配对水稻纹枯病菌防治的增效作用 被引量:14

Synergistic Effect of the Complex between Shenqinmycin and Synergistic on Rice Sheath Blight(Rhizoctonia solani) Disease

摘要 通过室内平板、离体叶片、盆栽和小区接种试验,研究了申嗪霉素和增效剂复配对水稻纹枯病菌的增效作用。室内平板结果表明,不同重量比复配对水稻纹枯病菌都具有增效作用,重量比1∶3(以下,称申嗪1号)的增效作用最显著,EC50为0.35μg·mL-1,增效比值高达2.7;盆栽接种结果表明,申嗪1号60μg·mL-1在水稻品种加花1号和新浜秀水上的病株防效分别达到81.0%和95.9%;小区接种结果表明,申嗪1号60μg·mL-1与常规农药品种真灵200μg·mL-1的病指防效相近,达到70%以上,而当前主导杀菌剂井岗霉素100μg·mL-1的防效接近45%。 The laboratory study, flee leaves, pot and field test were carried out for investigating the synergistic effect of Shenqinmyein and Synergistic on the inhibition of Rhizoctonia solani myeelia. The results from the laboratory assays indicated that the various weight based combination showed synergistic effect on the inhibition of Rhizoctonia solani myeelia. The best synergism was at the ratio 1 to 3 between Shenqinmyein and Synergistic based on dry weight and the synergism value reached to 2.7 with an EC50 of 0.35 μg·mL^-1 ; The pot test results showed that the controlling efficiency of the complex called Shenqin No.1 at the concentration of Shenqingmyein 15 μg·mL^-1 with Synergistic 45 μg·mL^-1 could reach up to 81.0% for Jiahua No.1 variety and 95.9% for Xinbang Xiushui; The field performance results showed that the controlling efficiency of Shenqin No.1 could reach to more than 70%, which was equal to that from Zhenling 200 μg·mL^-1 and was markedly better than that of Jinggangmyein 100 μg·mL^-1.
