Research Advances on Cat Scratch Disease and other Zoonosis Associated with Bartonella Infections

摘要 猫抓病是一种由巴尔通体属细菌引起的人畜共患病,在世界范围内广泛流行。猫是巴尔通体的主要宿主,通过猫蚤在猫之间传播。猫抓伤或咬伤是该病从猫传播到人的主要途径。文章就该病的病原学、流行病学、临床表现、实验室检查、病变特点、诊断及治疗方法等作一综述。 Cat scratch disease is a kind of zoonosis that caused by a bacterium of the genus Bartonella, and has a worldwide distribution. Cats are the main reservoir of this bacterium, which is transmitted from eat to cat via the cat flea. Transmission from cat to human mainly occurs via eat scratch or bite. The present review focused on the etiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestation, laboratory examination diagnosis, and treatment of cat scratch disease.
