摘要
以鲁单981和强盛1号的为试验材料,采用同工酶电泳技术,研究NaCl对玉米细胞保护酶同工酶的影响,结果表明,用10%NaCl处理后,在取样时间内,实验组的CAT同工酶谱带均明显增强,POD同工酶谱带也增强,在SOD同工酶谱带中,实验组的谱带要强于对照组;而且,不同品种之间有一定的差别.玉米细胞保护酶在玉米对NaCl的抗性中可能具有重要的作用.
Ludan-981 and Qiangsheng-1 have been used as materials to study the influence of NaCl on activities of defense enzymes using electrophoresis of isoenzymes. The results show that there is some distinction between different cell defense enzymes in different maize hybrids. Electropherogram of CAT and POD isoenzyme in experi- mental groups is increasing in evidence during the course of sampling both in Ludan-981 and in Qiangsheng-1 after treated with 10% NaCl. Besides, Electropherogram of SOD isoenzyme in experimental groups is also higher than that of in controlled groups. So we conclude that the cell defense enzymes might play an important role in salt resistance in maize.
