摘要
教学工作是重复性、规律性极强的工作,适合进行程序化管理.教学工作实行程序化管理是教学管理科学化、制度化、规范化的需要,也是教学管理正常化、最优化、高效化的要求.编制教学工作程序时,应坚持科学性、合理性、实践性、可靠性和时空性原则.
Teaching work is duplicated and highly regular, which is fit tor programmaote management, rro- cedural management in teaching is required by the teaching management for scientification, institutionalization and standardization as well as by the normalization, optimization and high-efficiency. At establishing the teaching working routine, the principles of scientificity, rationality, practicality, reliability and spatiotemporal nature should be persisted.
