摘要
某新型高炮火控系统难以长时间开机进行操作训练,利用导控台和操控台分离方案构建火控系统半实物仿真平台,用多下位机实时响应平台上254个按键、旋钮操作动作。多下位机通过桥接板与操控台主控机串口通信实现纵向互连,利用桥接板上双端口RAM达到横向互通。系统软件用4个线程实现目标命中问题实时解算、TV战场环境仿真、PPI战术诸元显示和多下位机的实时数据交互。平台能完全脱离实装进行火控系统全科目训练和成绩实时评判,设计方案可作为其他仿真系统设计参考。
A new kind of fire control system of anti-aircraft gun was difficult to keep long time during operational training. Half size simulation platform of fire control system was built up by means of a project of keeping control console of fire control system separation from HWIL simulation platform. Master computer was used to response to operational action of 254 keys and rotation knobs. Master computer was longitudinal interconnected by means of interface communication. The system software can perform real- time calculation of target impact problem, TV monitor simulation of battlefield environment, display of PPI tactical data 3D graphics and real-time data interaction. Simulation platform can be used to carry out complete training and real-time evaluation of training results, and the design solution can be used as design reference of other simulation system.
