摘要
介绍了数传接收机自动检测设备的设计。根据对被测对象的测试需求分析,所有测试资源均采用GPIB程控仪器设备;火力系统模拟器用于模拟产生火炮送给数传接收机的各类反映火炮设计参数的模拟信号;测试资源的调度管理、测试过程的控制、测试数据的管理和被测对象的故障诊断都是靠软件实现的。该设备采用了硬件平台、软件平台和故障诊断平台的模式,具有自动化程度高、通用性和扩展性强等优点,重点介绍了设备故障诊断的方法。应用该设备可以完成对数传接收机的出厂调试和修理厂定检维修等功能。
Automatic test equipment design of date transfer receiver was introduced. On the basis of test requirement analysis for the unit under test, all of test resources adopt GPIB program control instrument and equipment. Simulator of fire system was used to generate analogue signals that reflect gun design parameters and sent from gun to date transfer receiver. Dispatch and management of test resource, test process control, management of test data and fault diagnosis of the unit under test were well realized by use of software. The test equipment makes use of different modes of hardware platform, software platform, and fault'diagnosis platform, and it also has many advantages including high degree of automation, strong commonality and expansion capabilities. Fault diagnosis method was described emphatically. The test equipment can perform factory debugging of date transfer receiver and stable examination service of repair factory.
