介绍以可编程控制器为核心的卷烟制丝润梗控制系统的硬件配置与软件设计.该系统可对烟梗进行计量,并能按工艺要求自动加水润梗,具有相当的动态精度,可满足工艺要求.
The hardware configuration and the software design of the PLC-based lubrication/obstruction for cut tabocco production are introduced. The metering on obstruction and antomatically watering for lubrication based on the process requirement can be implemented by the system. The system features certain dynamic accuracy and meets he process requirements.
