摘要
战略联盟是指两个或两个以上企业为了实现资源共享、风险或成本共担、优势互补等特定战略目标,建立较为稳固的合作伙伴关系,它正成为企业组织形式发展的趋势。战略联盟得以迅速发展,有外因,内因。它在发展中呈现4种趋势:(1)从产品联盟发展为以技术合作为主要内容的知识联盟;(2)从强弱联合的互补型联盟发展为强强合作的竞争型联盟;(3)从线性的联盟链发展为立体的联盟网络;(4)从"硬约束"的实体联盟发展为"软约束"的虚拟联盟。
Strategic alliance refers to a specific strategic objective and a steady cooperative partnership that two or more enterprisers share resources, undertake mutual risk and cost and supplement each other, which is becoming a tendency for the development of enterpriser organization. The rapid development of the strategic alliance has its internal and external reasons. Four tendencies: A. knowledge alliance from product alliance to technology cooperation; B. competitive alliance from mutual supplement of strong and weak enterprisers to strong enterpriser cooperation; C. solid alliance network from the development of linear alliance chain; D. virtual alliance from "hard restraint" entity" to "soft restraint" alliance.
