水蒸汽二次加热装置的研制及切削45钢的刀具磨损试验 被引量:2

摘要 研制了以过热水蒸汽作为冷却润滑剂的绿色切削技术所需供汽系统中的二次加热装置,并用该装置进行了不同切削速度下改变冷却润滑剂切削45钢时的刀具磨损对比试验。试验结果表明,该加热装置提供的过热水蒸汽状态稳定,且比干切削和以乳化液作冷却润滑剂时分别减小刀具磨损约50%和40%。 The secondary heating device in a vapor feeding system for green cutting using steam over vapor as coolant and lubricant was developed. A comparing experiment on tool wear in cutting 45 steel at different cutting speeds by changing coolant and lubricant was carried out. The results show that the parameters of steam over water vapor supplied by the heating device is stable, besides, during taking steam over water vapor as coolant and lubricant, the tool wear was reduced about 50 and 40 percent respectively by comparing to dry cutting and oil water emulsion.
