摘要
通过整体硬质合金涂层球头立铣刀高速铣削淬硬钢(55HRC)旋钮模具型腔的单因素法切削试验,研究了不同的切削参数及其变化对模具型腔表面粗糙度的影响规律。
Based on the experiments with the Single Factor Method, in which the cavity of a knob hardened mould (55HRC) are cut by the coated-carbide end- mill in high-speed, the influence rules of different cutting parameters and their change on the surface roughness of the hardened mould cavity are studied.
