摘要
介绍了一种少自由度并联机床在ADAMS中的模型建造过程,实现了复杂机械在ADAMS中的虚拟样机建模,并对实际建立的虚拟样机模型进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,建立的虚拟样机模型精确,能够达到仿真精度要求,可获得理想的仿真结果,为并联机床的运动学、动力学、控制等后续研究奠定了基础。
The modeling procedure of a kind of no-full DOF parallel machine tool is introduced. A complex mechanism model is completed in ADAMS,then the built virtual prototype is simulated. The simulation result states that the model is precise, and it can conform to the demand of simulation precision, so the available result can be got, thus it can settle the foundation for the follow-up kinematics and dynamics analysis of parallel machine tool.
