摘要
为探索一种高效简便的糖蜜酒精废液脱色方法,本实验采用交联阳离子淀粉对糖蜜酒精废液进行脱色处理,考察了交联阳离子淀粉用量,废液初始pH值,搅拌吸附时间及吸附温度4个因素对糖蜜酒精废液脱色率的影响,通过正交实验,确定了最佳工艺条件.实验结果表明:在室温下,当交联阳离子淀粉投加量4.5 g/L,废液初始pH 9.0,吸附时间7 min时,脱色率可达85.7%,脱色效果优异,操作简便.
In order to find an efficiency method, this paper studied the decolorization performance of cross-linking cationic starch to molasses alcohol wastewater. Four factors such as the cross-linking cationic starch dosage,initial wastewater pH, the adsorption time and temperature were studied. Through orthogonal technical treatment processing, the optimal processing condition is obtained. The results show that at room temperature ,when the cross-linking cationic starch is 4.5 g/L,the initial pH is 9.0 and the adsorption time is 7 min,the decolorization rate is up to 85.7%.
