“9·11”后美国联盟战略的调整被引量：3

摘要 "9.11"恐怖袭击事件使美国的安全环境和安全战略发生巨大变化,布什政府随之对美国的联盟战略加以调整,依靠"反恐联盟"、"意愿联盟"、"任务联盟"等非正式联盟来实现美国的战略目标。美国之所以调整联盟战略,是因为传统的联盟战略已不能适应新形势,美国与传统盟友的关系需要调整,而更重要的原因则是新保守主义的"帝国论"对美国外交思想产生重要影响。布什政府的联盟战略虽取得了一定成效,但并不能保障美国单极霸权的实现。
