远程医学教育和远程医疗在美国大学中的发展状况

The development on distance medical education and tele-medicine in the universities of the US

远程医学教育和远程医疗对于促进基层和边远地区的医疗和医生培训，提高医疗和教育资源利用的可及性和公平性发挥了重要的作用。本文介绍了美国的约翰·霍普金斯大学、范德堡大学、莱奥那大学、芝加哥伊利诺斯州立大学、威斯康星大学、休斯敦德克萨斯大学和德克萨斯大学加尔维斯敦医学分校等7所大学在远程医学教育和远程医疗方面的一些做法，期待对我国的远程医学的发展起到借鉴和推动作用。

Distance medical education and tele-medicine play an important role in improving the equitableness and obtainment on the resource of medicine and education. In this article we introduced seven universities of US such as Johns Hopkins University, Vanderbilt University, Loyola University, University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Wisconsin, University of Texas at Houston, University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and what and how they do in these fields. We hope that it can give some good examples and impulse to the developing of distance medical education and tele-medicine in China.
