摘要
借鉴国外的成功经验,我院在2002级八年制医学生内科学见习中实施了以问题为基础学习教学方法。在实施此教学方法之前,我们进行了正规的教师培训,以便使设置的教学问题尽可能模拟临床的实际情况,并通过教师集体备课将所设问题合理化。实施以问题为基础学习教学方法,不仅对教师提出了更高的要求,更使学生增强了分析问题、解决问题的能力及团队精神。
The advanced problem-based learning (PBL) method (step by step) originated from overseas was introduced in the teaching of systemic internal medicine for 8-year program intern students of 2002. Prior to the introduction of PBL, tutors were trained strictly through collective tutor preparation. Questions which might be discussed were carefully prepared in order to reflect real clinical situation. PBL teaching places high demand from the teachers in commitment and competence and helps students enhancing their ability in analyzing, problem solving and in their team-working awareness.
