摘要
诊断学是培养医学生临床实践能力的关键课程,是基础医学与临床医学的桥梁学科。医学教育的发展要求诊断学的教学内容与教学方法不断更新。近10年来,我院诊断学教研室利用网络技术开展循证医学教育,以学生为主体,以问题为中心,将信息技术与课程整合;建立了相关教学网站、案例库和一批网络课件,丰富了教学资源;建立与完善了诊断学计算机试题库,推行“考教分离”;构建了科学的诊断学教学质量网上评价体系和行之有效的运行机制,提高了教学水平,改善了教学质量。
Diagnostics is a major course to develop the capability of clinic practice; it is the bridge between basic medicine and clinical medicine. The contents and methods of teaching should be renovated and refreshed in order to develop the diagnostics. Diagnosis department of our hospital has developed the evidence-based medicine using the web technology since ten years ago, which integrated information technology and class courses according to the problem-based learning(PBL) ; established the relevant web stations, the data of cases study and web courses which enrich the teaching resources; set up the pool of diagnosis examination questions and separated the examination and class teaching; constructed web based evaluation system for the teaching quality of diagnosis. The advantaged teaching quality evaluation system and effectiveness of implementation system have improved the level and quality of teaching.
