Exploring on training communication skill between doctors and patients for medical students

临床实习是培养医学生医患沟通能力的重要阶段。本文从医学教育角度出发，结合医学模式转变的需要，探讨了在临床实习带教中培养医学生医患沟通能力的意义及必要性，同时从带教教师和医学生两方面着重探讨了培养医学生医患沟通能力的方法和途径。

Clinical practice is the key stage to cultivate medical students with communication skill between doctors and patients. From the situation of medical education, combing the need of mordem medical model changing, this article explained the educational necessity and importance for communication between doctors and patients and explored the methods of communication from clinical teachers and medical students respectively.
