临床实习结束前短期强化训练效果评析

The effect analysis of short-term strengthening training before the end of clinical practice

目的使实习学生经过轮转实习所获得的纷乱的理论和技术知识进一步系统化和条理化。方法在实习结束前安排富有经验的临床教师对实习学生进行短期强化训练。结果短期强化训练课程的开设，在实习学生毕业综合考试和毕业后的临床工作中均取得了良好的效果。结论实习结束前对实习学生进行短期强化训练，可以弥补其实习中存在的不足，有利于提高其综合素质。

Objective To assist trainees to systematize and categorize skill and knowledge that they have gained confusedly and disorderly during clinical practice. Method It was arranged that a program of short-term strengthening training performed with experienced doctors to trainees before end of their clinical practice. Results The program was beneficial for their comprehend examination of graduation and further clinical practice. Conclusions The program of short-term strengthening training could retrieve the shortage of trainees during clinical practice and raise trainees＇ comprehensive ability.
