课程教学体系构建与学生自主学习能力培养

Teaching system of a course and students＇ self-directed learning

学生的自主学习能力是指较少依赖别人的帮助而自己可以进行有效的学习的能力。自主学习能力的培养是一项系统工程，基础教育课程改革所力图实现的“知识与技能、过程与方法以及情感态度价值观”三位一体的课程功能，必须从一门课程的教学体系开始逐步建立和完善。本文通过介绍美国哈佛大学医学院所开设的“分子细胞生物学”课程，讨论了一门课程的教学体系对培养学生自主学习能力的重要性和必要性，同时提出教师首先应该成为一个善于自主学习的人，才能培养出具有自主学习能力的创新型人才。

＂Self-directed learning＂ is the ability to study effectively without assistants. The forming of self-directed learning ability is a complicated process. The realization of integrates between knowledge and technique, process and method, emotion and values, which is the function of course system, during the reform of basic education, must be based on the teaching system of one course. This paper introduces the course assignment of ＂molecular cell biology＂ and discusses the importance and feasibility of teaching system of a course to the culture of the students＇ self-directed learning.
