住院医师规范化培训的实践探索

The practice and exploration in the standardized training for residents

住院医师规范化培训是医师成长的重要阶段，对于培养高能力、高素质的临床医师，提高医院医疗质量至关重要。经过10余年的实践和探索，提出做好住院医师规范化培训工作的6个关键环节：①领导重视和组织落实；②岗前教育；③制定轮转制度并严格执行；④制定科学规范的培训计划并保证实施；⑤强化科学、严格的考核；⑥制定奖惩措施并及时兑现。

As a major stage for the grwoth of a doctor ,the standardized training is crucial in the cultivation of their clinical ability and comprehensive quality and even helpful for the improvement of the medical quality of the hospital, basis on 10-year practice and exploration, this paper proposes 6 key points in the standardized training as follows：①the leaders＇ attention and execution;②pre-profession education③ the formulation of the rotation policy with strict execution;④the formulation of the scientific and standard training plan and ensuring its implementation;⑤the scientific and strict check;⑥the rewards and punishment measure making.
