摘要
人力资源开发(HRD)是指企业为提高组织绩效和个人满意度,而对员工所进行的一系列教育培训的投资活动。随着知识经济的崛起,人力资源成为增强企业核心竞争力的源泉,人力资源开发对于企业战略的保障作用也就越来越突出。目前,从保障企业战略目标的角度,我国部分企业的人力资源开发仍然存在着一系列问题。本文在对这些问题进行分析和研究的基础上,提出基于企业战略实现的员工开发体系的再造的思路和方法。
Human resources development (HRD) refers to investment in education and training for the staff to improve organizational performance and personal satisfaction. With the rise of the knowledge-based economy, human resources enhance the core competitiveness in an enterprise, and HRD strategy is playing an increasingly prominent role in enterprise strategy. At present, from the perspective of enterprise strategic objectives, most enterprises in China have a series of problems in HRD. Thus by analyzing these issues, this article, based on enterprise strategy, presents some ideas and methods of HRD in reconstructing the system.
