A Psychological Perspective of Interpretation of Dreams in The Zuo Commentary(on The Spring and Autumn Annals) and the Influence the Literary Dreams Have on Late Ages

In the article, the author first analyses textual dreams recorded in The Zuo Commentary （on The Spring and Autumn Annals） and then draws such a conclusion： the stories of witches and wizards existing in people＇s sub-consciousness is the soil on which interpretation of dreams based. In addition, the interpretation of dreams in The Zuo Commentary （on The Spring and Autumn Annals） is the re-processing of psychological experiences combining with logic in life. Thus, the inner world of characters can be revealed. On the other hand, the author believes that the literary technique in The Zuo Commentary is the beginning of literature involving dreams and it has a far-reaching influence on history and literature on late ages.
