以本科教学工作水平评估准备为契机,全面提升我校本科教学质量

摘要 教育部本科教学工作水平评估,对我校发展来说既是挑战,也是机遇;是对我校本科教学、人才培养工作的一次检阅,也是对学校教职员工业务水平、工作能力和敬业精神的一次全面考核。因此,向兄弟院校学习评建经验,抓住本科教学工作水平评估准备这一契机,进一步明确办学指导思想,提炼办学特色,改善办学条件,加强师资队伍建设,提高教学管理水平,深化教学改革,全面加强各项评估指标建设,向教育部本科教学工作水平评估"良好"的方向努力就显得必要而迫切。 The National Teaching Quality Assessment is both a challenge and an opportunity for us. It is not only a review of recent achievements in teaching and personnel training, but also a comprehensive assessment of teaching and administrative staff's level, ability and devotion to duty. Therefore, we must seize the opportunity of preparing the National Teaching Quality Assessment, further defining guiding principle and improving conditions and refining characteristics for running a school. Besides, we should also strengthen the training of teaching staff, improve our administrative level and deepen teaching reform. Thus, we may achieve an "excellent" in National Teaching Quality Assessment by improving every assessing norms comprehensively.
