柱色层族组成分离方法对黄芪中脂肪酸和脂肪酸酯的研究 被引量:2

摘要 黄采用柱色层族组成分离方法和气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分离和鉴定.从甘肃岷县黄芪中分析鉴定出48种脂肪酸酯、29种脂肪酸、5种芳香酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸占全部脂肪酸的55.50%,亚油酸的含量达41.33%,亚麻酸含量为10.59%,为岷县黄芪的进一步开发应用提供了基础数据. To study fatty acid esters and fatty acids of radix astragali, the compounds were seperated and identified with GG/MSD and silica gel column chromatography composition separated way.Results are total 48 fatty acid esters and 29 fatty acids and 5 aromatic acids were separated and were identified.The main components of the fatty acids are linoleic acid (41.73%),linolenicunsat acid (10.69%),unsaturable fatty acids(55.50%).The results can provide identific basis for the development and application of this herb.
