构皮滩水电站泄洪洞抗冲耐磨混凝土施工工艺探索 被引量:1

摘要 构皮滩水电站泄洪洞在泄洪时具有水流流速快(出口明渠段达到40 m/s以上)、水头高(泄洪水头达80m)、流量大的特点,因此工程中大量采用了C50W 8F150(混凝土强度标号C50、抗渗标号W 8、抗冻标号F150)抗冲耐磨混凝土。抗冲耐磨混凝土对混凝土抗冲耐磨性能与耐久性等指标要求均较高,对混凝土的施工质量要求也较严,目前国内尚无抗冲耐磨混凝土施工工艺的经验可借鉴。本文通过抗冲耐磨混凝土在不同的季节、气候、浇筑手段等条件下施工工艺的不断实践、探索、总结和提高,使构皮滩水电站泄洪洞抗冲耐磨混凝土的各项指标均满足设计要求,其抗冲耐磨混凝土施工工艺值得同类工程借鉴。 When the spillway discharges flood, it has some features such as rapid velocity, high head, big flow quantity. Concrete with erosion and tear resistance characteristics CSOW8F150, therefore, are mainly adopted in engineering. This kind of concrete requires high construction quality, and there is not any experience for reference in home. Through study, summarizing, improving in practice, construction processes under different conditions of climate and casting method are well knew, all indexes of the concrete casting in the spillway tunnel have met the requirement of design.
