摘要
遵循因地制宜、因害设防的原则,采用抗旱造林技术和沙产业开发利用等新技术综合配套,对库布齐沙漠进行治理、保护与适度的开发利用,从而在整体上达到控制荒漠化发展,恢复退化的生态系统,加快区域的生态建设步伐,实现库布齐沙漠治理与开发利用的可持续发展。
Guided by the theory of ecological recovery and regional moisture balance, suitable plant species should be chosen according to the rule of division of natural region. In Kubuqi Desert, management, protection and moderate exploitation have been done by use of drought - resistant forestation technology in order to control the expansion of desertization as a whole, recovery the degenerated ecosystem, speed up the ecological development, and accomplish the sustainable development of management and exploitation.
