Optimization Combination of ISO9000 and TPM Based On Process

针对中小企业在应用ISO9000族过程中面临的问题,探讨了加强部门间协作、激发员工积极性和强化过程管理的必要性和紧迫性,进而引入TPM管理。通过分析ISO9000族质量管理体系与TPM的系统特征,初步建立了ISO9000族与TPM基于过程的优化组合模式,旨在探讨中小企业实施ISO9000及TPM的有效方法。

For the problems that the medium and small enterprises confronted in the process of using of ISO9000 in china, the authors discussed the necessity and essentiality of reinforcing the cooperation between departments, stimulating the employees＇enthusiasm and strengthening process management. This paper compares the systemic character of ISO9000 Quality Management System with Total Productive Maintenance （TPM）, and established an optimization combination mode of ISO9000 and TPM based on process, in order to discuss an effective method of operating ISO9000＆TPM in those enterprises.
