摘要
对传统战略管理层次观的局限性进行了探讨,归纳提出了"项目型公司"和"产品型公司"的概念,通过对比两类公司在生产方式、组织结构等方面的特点,指出对项目型公司的战略管理有必要增加一个项目战略层,并从项目群的视角进一步探讨了项目战略层的研究内容。
This paper discusses the strategy hierarchy from the perspective of program management. It presents two conceptions of project-based company and product-based company. Based on comparing their characteristics of production and structure, it argues the necessity of adding "project strategy" to traditional strategy hierarchy in order to translate corporate strategy into projects, and further discusses the research content of project strategy.
