摘要
在通信技术迅猛发展和虚拟团队组织方式日益成熟的背景下,探讨了软件开发虚拟团队跨人力资源约束边界的功能本质,通过对研究资料进行检索、组织和归纳,总结了虚拟团队跨人力资源约束的一般方法,并建立跨"时间—地域—组织—文化"多维度人力资源模型;运用系统科学功能和结构关系的相关原理,对软件开发的虚拟团队进行了重新分类,并在分析国内行业特点的基础上,提出了适应我国跨组织和文化的软件开发虚拟团队类型及其组织结构。
Along with the swift development of IT and the mature form of Virtual Teams (VTs), this article focuses on the nature of software development VTs function across human resource bounds. By searching, organizing, and inducing of research data, a series of general means that VTs use in crossing the human resource bounds have been summarized, and a four-dimension-model that crosses the time, space, organization, and culture bounds of human resource has been established. On the light of system science's theory of the relation between function and structure, we made a reclassification of software development VTs. A new type of software development VTs and the structure that crosses organization and culture was presented on the basis of analizing the real situation of software industry in our country.
