鸡血藤总黄酮对血虚小鼠IL-3、EPO影响的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察鸡血藤总黄酮(STF)对化学因素所致的血虚小鼠血清IL-3、EPO水平的影响。方法:采用盐酸苯肼(APH)、环磷酰胺(CTX)复合造模,建立血虚模型小鼠,检测外周血及血清IL-3、EPO水平。结果:与正常对照相比,模型小鼠的外周血、IL-3降低,而血清EPO升高(P<0.01),鸡血藤总黄酮各剂量组的外周血、IL-3水平高于模型对照组(P<0.05),EPO水平显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鸡血藤总黄酮可以通过促进机体分泌IL-3促进红系造血,与EPO水平无关。 Objective:To observe the effects of Suberect Spatholobus Total Flavonoids (STF) on the serum levels of IL-3 and EPO in hemophthisis mice.Methods:Using methods of sc APH and ip CTX to cause the hematopenia model of mice.Cure these mice with STF and detect the mice's peripheral blood hemogram and the serum levels of IL-3 and EPO.Results:STF can obviously increase the numbers of Hb ,RBC ,HCT and the level of IL-3 of hemophthisis mice, and degrade the level of EPO,Conclusion:All results suggest that STF can recover the haematogenesis function of hemophthisis mice by increasing the level of IL-3 and regulating EPO level.
