摘要
目的:探讨老年高血压的发病特点和药物治疗方案。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年1月￣2006年12月期间692例60岁以上住院高血压患者的详细病案资料。结果:所调查的老年高血压患者中,87%的患者在服用降压药的同时使用了其他种类药物,不良反应发生几率较高。结论:根据老年高血压患者不同病情,实行个性化给药,搞好合理用药是治疗老年高血压的关键。
Objective：To explore the treatment regiment of senile hypertension.Methods：Retrospectively analyse the medical records of the senile hypertension patients in our hospital between Jan 2006 and Dec 2006.Results：Among the senile hypertension patients investigated, 87% of them took the other kinds of medicine at the same time, and also the probability of ADR was more high. Conclusion：The key to senile hypertension treatment is personalized medication according to the state of the patients.
