盐酸精氨酸在并发代谢性碱中毒的危重病中的应用

The Application of Acid Hydroc Arginine in Worst-cases

目的观察盐酸精氨酸对并发代谢性碱中毒的危重病患者的治疗作用。方法将近两年ICU收治的并发代谢性碱中毒的危重病患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸精氨酸20g溶于250ml生理盐水静脉滴注,每天一次,静滴3天,两组病例均使用10%KCL40ml每天静脉滴注作常规治疗。结果2组患者治疗前后血气分析比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组代谢性碱中毒能得到有效纠正,且能明显改善患者缺氧状态。结论盐酸精氨酸对并发代谢性碱中毒的危重病患者治疗的疗效肯定,且能缩短患者在ICU治疗的时间,大大减少了危重病患者的治疗费用。

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of acid hydroc arginine in worst-cases complicated with metabolic Acidosis. Methods 60 cases complicated with metabolic Acidosis which being cured in ICU in these two years were randomly divided into cure parts and contrast parts. In contrast parts general treatment were adopted, and in cured parts 250ml physiological saline melted with 20g acid hydroc arginine were adopted besides general treatment, and once a day , for 3 days. Both two parts were cured with 10%KCL 40ml a day as general treatment. The blood gas before and after the treatment of the two parts have prominent differences （P〈0.05）. Acid hydroc arginine of the cured parts can be rectified effectively, and the hypoxia states can be improved obviously. Results The effect of acid hydroc arginine in curing worst-cases complicated with metabolic Acidosis is affirmative, and it can reduce the time and the expanses for worst-cases.
