液基细胞技术在早期宫颈癌筛查中的价值

目的探讨液基细胞学制片技术在早期宫颈癌筛查中的价值。方法2005年9月-2006年9月应用液基细胞学制片技术对572例患者进行细胞学检查。结果572例患者取材均为满意涂片。按照国际进行的TBS分类标准分类,检出异常结果有:意义不明的非典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC-US)12例,不能排除高度病变的非典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC-H)1例,低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSLL)1例,宫颈鳞癌(SCC)1例。结论液基细胞学制片技术早期宫颈癌的防治有积极的作用。
