胃肠道间质瘤病理及免疫组织化学特征分析

ANALYSIS OF IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL AND PATHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF GASTROINTESTINAL STROMAL TUMORS

目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的病理形态和免疫组织化学的特征。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法对48例GIST进行标记,观察CD117、CD34、SMA、S-100的表达。结果:在48例GIST中,CD117阳性率为89.6%(43例),CD34的阳性率为83.3%(40例),SMA的阳性率为31.3%(15例),S-100的阳性率为14.6%(7例)。结论:CD117和CD34是诊断GIST最有价值的辅助诊断指标,而且联合使用才能提高GIST的诊断率。

Objective：To study the pathological and immunohistochemical characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumors （GIST）. Methods： 48 cases of GIST were analyzed for CD117, CD34, SMA and S - 100 express by immunohistochemical SP. Results： Among 48 cases of GIST, 89.6% were positive for CD117, 83.3% were positive for CD34, 31.3% were positive for SMA and 14.6% were positive for S - 100. Conclusion：CD117 and CD34 seem to be useful antibodies in the diagnosis of GIST, a high misdiagnosis in GIST can be avoidable by using both CD117 and CD34.
