超声在聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症诊治中的应用

Ultrasonographic value for the complications of breast augmentation with injectable polyacrylamide hydrogel technique

目的:分析聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症的超声表现,并探讨其对诊治的作用。方法:对2002年6月～2007年6月在外院行聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后出现并发症到我院取出者66例(132个乳房),进行超声检查,根据超声结果确定手术方式,并将术前、术中、术后超声检测结果相对照。结果:注射层次紊乱者59例(115个)乳房;乳腺导管破裂、乳腺脓肿4例5个乳房;乳腺局部包裹结节6例12个乳房。结论:超声在聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症诊治中有较大的应用价值。

Objective To analyze ultrasonographic features for the complications of breast augmentation with polyamide hydrogel injection, Methods Clinical study was made for 66patients who had received the polyamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammoplasty by using the ultrasonographic examination, Results The 115 treated breasts in 59patients suffered from injectable layer disorder, 5 breasts in 4patients for abscess （jnfection）,12 breasts in 6patients for fibroadenomas. Conclusion Ultrasonography may be of great diagnostic value for the complications of breast augmentation with polyamide gydrogel injection.
